Baya Technologies was founded by Yoram Halili and Avi Biegun (2004) as a company for the distribution of components. Early on the Company expanded its activity to the field of supply chain and quickly became a significant player in the local and international markets. At the beginning of 2012, Baya Technologies purchased Zicon.
Zicon is a veteran, seasoned company in the field of electronic subcontracting. These days the Group integrates the core capabilities of both companies: raw materials outsourcing and management, supply chain management, electronic production capabilities and a variety of engineering skills. The integration of both companies under the one roof gives us a significant advantage over our competitors.

2004
Baya Technologies was founded as an independent distributor of electronic components.
2006
Supply chain activities became the Company’s main growth engine. Income from these services exceeded 50% of overall Company income.
2010
Baya was qualified for the Medical Standard ISO13845.
2012
The companies’ merger was completed. All Group activities were concentrated in the Company’s facilities in Petah Tikva.
2014
The Company was qualified for the assembly and production of electronic systems by Israel Aerospace Industries.
2005
Baya Technologies added supply chain services to its service package.
2008
Baya was chosen as the leading kit supplier of Israel Aerospace Industries
2012
Baya purchased Zicon, a leading manufacturer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. The Group became a supply chain solution leader.
2012
The Company was qualified for the Aviation Standard AS9100, and extended its capabilities in providing solutions to designated customers in this field.
